Happy Birthday Mifune
Thanks, everyone. Unfortunately I won't be able to party hearty until the weekend, this week being so busy. We have a change of command ceremony for the Battalion CO Friday, so we're practicing for it all week. Nothing but drilling all day, standing in the hot Hawaiian sun. Gotta stay hydrated.
It's funny, because this birthday kinda snuck up on me. But, yes, as of 5:30 a.m. CST, I am 22 years of age. As Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins states, "Youth is wasted on the young." I hope my work with ConCen will turn that stereotype on its head; and let us all remember why we gather here; let us all remain focused on the final victory that we seek. Cheers! |
