Jane Burgermeister is a fraud, and her WHO/BAXTER lawsuit (no record of a lawsuit) is based on false information. (Simply a publicity stunt, etc)

Furthermore, due to an ongoing investigation into this matter by myself, and several notable doctors and researchers around the country, the pharmaceutical firm responsible for "reverse engineering" the tri-recombinant flu vaccine is NOVARTIS, not Baxter !!!

The major one being, MOTIVE, as to why Burgermeister has indulged in both fraud and in deception. This motive is now becoming more apparent, as, there may be a "possibility" that Novartis has their hand in Burgermeister's activities , either directly, or indirectly.

Please ensure everyone sees this correction, otherwise, people will be looking in the wrong direction when the "bomb" goes off !! Novartis, which had its hand in flu development - "most likely with some folks from Ft. Detrick" - has been working on this for more than 4+ years (FACT).

As you can see, they did not state any particular or clear reason to the suspension and they also did not recommend any solutions because they could not see what the problem was (if there was a problem). The e-mail states that FTP-access was still possible but in reality this was not so - all files I could access showed empty folders and nothing else. I used no custom scripts, just ordinary Joomla sites and nothing was out of the ordinary part from the high traffic to the site. When speaking with their support they claimed that high traffic indeed could be a reason for the server problems. The sudden cancellation is against their own policy and I will continue to try get compensation for that, if possible. I still have not received an explanation as to what the real or claimed exact reason was for the suspension of my company account. The fastest way to restore the data (the only way according to GoDaddy support) was to cancel all activity and hosting plans and have their restoration team restore the then cancelled account. I followed all instructions from GoDaddy exactly in my attempts to get the http://www.theflucase.com and all the other sites back online as fast as possible. When the account was suspended so was all access to the sites I had there as well as all domain names placed with GoDaddy. I never thought of a situation like that but have later heard that some choose to never have the domain name registered with their host for just this reason.

I think it is clear to anyone observing your statements that you make assumptions, guesses and hasty judgements based on nothing but your own vivid imagination. I really hope you will come to your senses again soon and that you will be able to continue the battle against vaccinations which you fought so well a year ago. Now your energy seems to be completely directed towards accusing people of this or that based on your suspicions, which are based on nothing but your own imagination or an "idea" you received from someone writing an e-mail to you. You have really done nothing - absolutely nothing to make it possible for me to transfer the site to another server or transfer the domain names - something I have asked you to be able to do for months now. I am stuck with http://www.theflucase.com and can not find anyone who wants to host it.

To then turn this around and make me responsible for your negligence, incapacity or simple ignorance is not very nice. You are responsible for arranging a server to where I can place the site http://www.theflucase.com and I have made you aware of this many times but you simply ignore it. Why? I think people will start to ask "why" a lot when they get to know more about what has really happened in regards to this site and how.

I have stood by you in very difficult and challenging situations and helped you to get your message across to millions of individuals but it ends there. Remember the name Rima Laibow check her history and connections to the government and the fake alt news sites that got her name out there originally. How she tried to take down. Check her name on google using the string site:theflucase.com Laibow since the search for theflucase is disabled now.

Now all that said it looks like divide and conquer tactics but there is some questions I have on Burgermeister like proof that she filed charges against Baxter. I'd like to believe she did She says it is in FBI hands and that no she has no proof (check her Project Camelot interview for the statement). I'm sure Laibow is a gatekeeper but Burgermeister being a part of an elaborate charade is a bit of a stretch IMO.

Laibow has given misinfo about codex already saying it was going to be ratified not once but twice already. Maybe they're both polarized gatekeepers? I guess it all comes back to the ol' Bill Cooper adage Do your own research - and do you own action as well, you can't count on anyone else to do it.

edit: I just recalled that I had sent letters to both Jane Burgermeister and Andrew Moulden (another vaccine advocate). Moulden has an interesting story too of trying to destroy the Canadian Action Party. Both letters went unanswered. Another thing I noticed was that their websites were using the same template at the time, coincidence? I was asking for information on how to file charges as they purportedly did. Now the possibility exists that the emails were blocked or they had an idiot web developer that did not how to use the PHP::mail() function. It's actually quite common that these messages get blocked (just happened repeatedly last week), so I follow up with phone calls if I can, no such option in both these cases.

Now let's say the entire swine flu hoax is a hoax. Consider the motive. What if vaccines are good for you and the people that take them and trust government are saved while the ones that are sceptical of government / pharma are the victims of a yet to be released biological weapon. Just throwing it out there. Sleep on it.

Well, do you have any reliable info to show that vaccines are good for you? One piece of evidence showing that vaccines are not good for you is that the government will not allow people who have been damaged by vaccines to sue the vaccine manufacturers.

There were allegations that tied her filings against Baxter motive and implication that she had ties to Novartis. The documents implicate Novatis, GSK, Sanofi and Baxter among pharmaceuticals that were in collusion.

Shortly after that episode, the swine flu broke out in Mexico in April 2009, and she covered these developments on her birdflu blog, then switching to the http://www.theflucase.com website after Johan Niklasson offered to set one up.

Her view that this was artificially blown up pandemic have, in the meantime, been vindicated by investigations by the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE), and in a number of parliaments, also the French national assembly.

She has distanced herself from the flu case website after the webmaster Johan Niklasson put up a report called “10 K list” advocating mindless violence and also removed her log in.

In addition, the flu case website went down for three weeks during April 2010 and the Smolensk plane crash, and Niklasson has never been able to adequately explain why.

Whether we look at the false pandemics, the financial crisis, the Gulf oil spill — potentially the biggest catastrophe of all – we see the same corporate interestes at work.

For the first time ever, the annual meeting of the secretive Bilderberg group in Sitges in Spain was covered by elements in the mainstream media.

What used to count as a “conspiracy theory” is increasingly being recognised as the truth as the corporate media loses its stranglehold.

Unable to shut down her website, an Austrian judge is now trying to put her under a court guardiaship on the grounds she is a “conspiracy theorist” and a danger to herself, moving swiftly after Burgermeister found vidence of massive manipulation of patient’s records and court files in Hietzing hospital and Hietzing court.

But so far, the proverbial luck of the Irish has been on her side.

Alex Jones features heavily in Jesse Ventura's latest episode of "Conspiracy Theories" about the "elites" depopulation agenda using swine flu vaccines.

I scanned the clips with interest.

Very interesting was to see the well known counter intelligence operative Dr Rima Laibow -- married to Major General Albert Stubblebine, former head of a major branch of US intelligence operations -- being presented to Jesse as an insider who knows all about the swine flu scam in a chat in which Alex Jones communicates in breathless and urgent tones outside a garage.

Part of Stubblebine's job was to work out methods of psychological warfare against populations and ways of instilling fear and servility into them.

And to hear Alex Jones telling Jesse Ventura that the illustrious Dr Rima Laibow, who has played absolutely no role in uncovering the swine flu vaccine scam whatsoever, was hiding out in Panama because she was so afraid of the police state in the USA did not instill much cheerfulness or confidence in the viewer.

Alex Jones gives Jesse a number to call Laibow and the next shot is of small plane landing under heavy clouds at a remote air field.

Jesse Ventura, silhouetted against the clouds, greets Dr Laibow, who refuses to even step inside the hanger so great is her fear of setting foot on US soil.

Why didn't she just send an email Jesse as she did to me? I was left wondering as I watched her explaining how terrified she was of staying more than one minute beyond her conversation with Jesse Ventura.

Laibow states compulsory vaccinations are planned and mentions the emotionally charged word "Holocaust."

Shame then that Rima did not respond to my request to get injunctions through in the USA back in June when there was still plenty of time, and even started spreading the word to others -- without my knowing -- that I worked with a tight clique and was unapproachable etc etc.

That said, as an "insider" she has plenty of useful information on the Codex Alimentarius to offer us while positioning herself to collect information on opponents via petitions and emails.

Another cheery scenes showed Alex Jones and Jesse Ventura sitting in a bar room, both dressed in black and covered in shadows.

Alex explains he has chosen the eery bar location because he wants to talk to Jesse "privately".

As if anything that is filmed by a camera crew for broadcast on TV can be private!

Gesticulating with his hands as is his custom, Alex gives a terrifying run down of the Bildebergers depopulation agenda while haunting music plays in the background.

I could go on and on.

What does this tell me?

This clip tells me that the opposition in the USA has now reached a critical mass, the "elites" know a confrontation is coming and they are trying to instill fear and uncertainty on a larger scale by switching to TV progammes. They know the people are going to win and they are positioning their minions as future leaders while at the same time subtly trying to terrify people under the guise of presenting them with information.

Will the people of America reject this kind of scare mongering and "infotainment" presented as a serious investigation?

Will they realise that the paradigm between the mainstream media and alternative media is as false as the paradigm between the left and the right political parties?

It has just been revealed that radio talk show host Hal Turner was also a national security asset working undercover to collect information on people posting on his boards etc.

Will the people of America rise up with cheerfulness and confidence and take back their country in 2010 from the international corporate crime syndicate and restore the Constitution?

Interesting history. She was a break from the mould in "Nun", "Feminist" and just about any other doctrine you could hope to assign to her or label her with. From what I have seen she is a free being that has the courage to speak her mind right or wrong but always passionately.

Interesting to note teresaforcades.com went up as quickly as it went down and served as a repository for her material late last year during the H1N1 fiasco.
