How Do I Upload A Torrent?

I just signed up for this forum because I have made a torrent that I think will be of special interest to its users, but I swear this is about the most confusing site I've seen in some time.
I made a torrent for a pdf and an MS word doc file of James Shelby Downard's 'King Kill 33', which I was moved to do for educational purposes because I fear that this brilliantly insane document about the Kennedy assassination will be lost. There is one version of it already circulating in a batch of documents. But that version has badly mangled the order of the pages. So I spent a great deal of time sorting out the correct order and proof-reading the result for typographical errors and spelling errors. I think this is a damn fine version.
But for the life of me I can't figure where to go on this site to upload a torrent.
So where do I go and what do I do?
In simple terms please since I usually can't find my backside with both hands.

First off your tracker URL is erroneous and will not allow you to share the information.

Instead of

http://www.mininova.org/

Use this tracker URL:

http://conspiracycentral.net:6969/announce

and remake the torrent.

Then simply upload it here:

http://conspiracycentral.net:6969/upload.html (registration is quick and free of charge)

That appears to have worked. Of course I had to re-register all over again.
And in keeping with the theme of doing everythign twice, I also made and sent the torrent a second time. I did that becuae I found another version on your site that is labeled as incomplete. As best I can deterime, the version I am sharing is complete.

And I've got my client running and am seeding it, I hope someone downloads it.
I think this file should circulate. I used to think this guy was crazy, but now I think he's an odd sort of genius with as much to say about myth-making in the modern age as about the assassination.
