Download a BT client, install it, save/open the torrent on your comp, then wait a bit... sooner or later the file will be yours.

Hmm yeah... just saw the BANNED tag. OTOH, spammer or not, you have to agree, if the guy did come back seeking truth, you'd still turn on the switch.
