Google: HAARP and Butterfly Effect....some interesting hits.

I was at one of those "grail" sites once and saw a picture that looked just like the one you will see in the vid.

Could HAARP be both the Current 93 and the REAL Butterfly Effect? Think about it. Of course it could.
