U.S. court issues stunning defeat for zionists
A U.S. appeals court has dealt a stunning defeat to Zionists who seek to cash in on the “war on terror” at the expense of American citizens.

BACKGROUND…

Last October I wrote a lengthy post about the Holy Land Foundation (HLF).

HLF is a U.S. charity that sent food and medical supplies to Palestinians that are suffering under the Israeli genocide. Because of this, the U.S. government charged HLF as a terrorist group. In October 07 a jury in Dallas would not convict the HLF charity. Therefore the judge declared a mistrial. HLF will have to be tried again.

HLF was charged as a “terrorist group” because Israel has rewritten many of America’s laws. Any American who sends money or supplies to any Palestinian in Palestine (not just to Hamas) can be charged as a terrorist. The Israelis claim that if you send a medical bandage worth a dollar to a child in Palestine, you have freed up a dollar that Palestinians can use for terrorism.

Not only can you be charged under U.S. criminal law, you can also be sued by under U.S. civil law.

On 13 May 1996, Daniel Boim, a 17-year-old Brooklwn Jew, died from a stray bullet while he was in Palestine.

On 1 Dec 2004, Boim’s parents, Stanley and Joyce Boim, sued HLF for $54 million, claiming that HLF had supported Hamas. Therefore HLF was a terrorist organization that caused their son’s death.

U.S. magistrate Arlander Keys tripled the amount to $162 million in accord with U.S. anti-terrorism law.

On 8 Dec 2004 a U.S. jury found in favor of the Boims, and said HLF had to pay $ 162 million.

HLF appealed.

Yesterday HLF won. The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals (Illinois) overturned the $162 million award.

The Court ruled that the Boims did not prove that HLF had anything to do with the death of their son in Palestine.

The decision came in a 102-page ruling (.pdf file) written by Appeals Judge Ilana D. Rovner.

On Page 3 are the words, “The Boims will have to demonstrate an adequate causal link between the death of David Boim and the actions of HLF. They must produce some evidence permitting a jury to find that the activities of HLF contributed to the fatal attack on David Boim, and were therefore a cause of his death.”

<span style="color:red"> This was a catastrophic defeat for Zionists. Until now they did not have to prove anything in a lawsuit.

The ADL was shocked, and expressed “deep disappointment” at the ruling. The Boim’s Jewish lawyer, Nathan Lewin, lamented, “This decision is wrong, very wrong. It amounts to encouragement of financial contributions to terrorist organizations!" Lewin vowed to take the Boim’s lawsuit to the U.S. Supreme Court.

This case has huge ramifications for Zionists. In 2004, U.S. attorney Mark Werbner sued the New York branch of the Arab Bank for $875 million in “damages.” Werbner claimed that his fellow Jews in Palestine had been harmed by the Arab Bank’s support of terrorism.

Now, because of the appellate court’s ruling yesterday, Zionists will have to prove their claims when they try to sue Americans.

This is also a victory for the HLF charity in Texas. The Boim’s lawsuit against HLF can be sent back to U.S. District Court for possible retrial, but there is no way it can prevail.

A precedent has been set

Greedy Zionists must prove their claims.
