Everytime they attack us and call us terrorists why dont we sue em?

I'm no lawyer, thank God for that, but I did take law in HS... was my fav subject.

There are prerequisites to sucessful litigation.

1) Damages MUST occur.

For example, lots of folks call Bush a piece of shit. Bush isn't seriously hurt by such statements. It causes him no losses in income etc, thus no damages occur, therefore Bush can't sue us...slanderous or not. (for example)

2) Anyone suffering damages has a legal obligation to mitigate their damages. That is to say, if they're injured through a tort, they have an obligation to minimize to the best of their ability said damage

3) The "truth movement" is not any form of legal entity that would stand up in court. If the TM was to incorporate into a legal entity such as "Truth Inc." then there would be an "injured party".

Has it cost you livelyhood? A job? A place to live? Does it cause you to be discriminated against against a constitutionally protected right?

It's actually a shame we have no lawyers on board here. A little pro bono advice for the copyright shit would be nice.

Depends on the laws of the land I suppose, but for example, Ernst Zundel's trial in Canada wasn't due to hate laws or holohoax denial, but rather the charge was "spreading false news". I'd assume so.
