Well, if you are trying to upload something to the forum, the maximum size is 2mb.

 i am trying to upload on the tracker, and that is the error i get. no idea why. i have uploaded torrents before, always worked. http://bhairavah.blogspot.com |

The .torrent file was 4mb? That seems inordinately large.
