What is so twilight zoney about people that litter our media and are in the news nearly 24/7 trying to show their 'human side' by acting normal and making jokes ? (problem here might be the super natural tags others put on them that make them seem larger than life, but this is not a movie imo)

yes the old man is in another dimension (after seeing as much on this planet as he must have seen I prolly would be also) But the device he is using is a C02 breath tester which may have something to do with the oxygen divice he is wearing also ? (the greenish thing you can see when Obama sways to the side a bit) He must have been a heavy smoker and mabye a little light headed thats why he seems 'out there' in another dimension and not really paying attention, seems he may be more worried if he is going to make it back to his car without having a heart attack ?
