I tried to create a new Google account for a new business, completely separate from my normal Google account.

Google made it darn near impossible.

I even wiped one of my machines and installed a fresh, anonymous Linux on it to sign-up. No cigar. Google identified that my traffic was coming from an IP address they had already associated with my previous account.

this is the corporations doing, and the toothless, back boneless politicians who are not protecting peoples rights and privacy ...upload a video, get sued and someone corporation makes money through the suit or prison, either ways, they win...
