It's a good idea, but most world leaders have spent their entire lives figuring out how to answer questions without actually answering them...
I'll check it out though and report back.

Depending on the questions, since the question defines the scope and framework of the answer/solution. .. hence my posting on ConCen to inject a special little sumpin sumpin into the moulded marketplace of ideas before it gets all stiff like and hardens into an ideological structure during this transitional juncture.
