While the post is on how resveratrol is not what they make it out to be (what is?), I remember reading a while back that it forms in the skin of grapes. Now, the interesting tidbit is that, when pesticides are present, the grapes do not produce resveratrol.
As far as anti-aging goes, the way I see it is that everything biological must die. It is just part of the cycle of life, the death leads to new life. Now, we can live out our lives to the fullest by providing healthy foods and a clean environment, but that is harder and harder to do. Perhaps it is possible to live hundreds of years, should we supply the right nutrients to our bodies? I have no idea. Would anyone really want to live hundreds of years anymore?
