Heard a story about late 80's Neutron bomb test turning a group of U.S. soldiers into zombies? Whole town was neutralized? Anyone have info on this? Occured in U.S. mid west I think.

There was a town in France that was rained LSD on but nothing on a neuron negating neutron bomb that comes to mind.
