I'm hearing the sound of Sabres rattling. IF Israel can get its shit together they are gonna drag the US into it with them. In order for Israel to strike Iran, they will have to fly over Iraq. This will require US to be in on this deal. IF they do give them to go ahead, that puts the USA in the crosshairs aswell as Israel.

There have been war games already played out with this scenario. There are alot of aircraft carriers and various other capital ships out in Persian Gulf. There are also alot of anti-carrier missiles lined up along the coast. You do not fuck with Iran on its homeboy turf. Imagine the entire soldier death toll of the Iraq occupation and make that one carrier, one day. 5000 soldiers. Now if you were the president of a major superpower, fresh in. would you want to risk your "ratings" over 5000 preventable deaths? tough one..
