I was wandering around on the weeb when I stumbled upon this site:

Notice the name of the site: "Feel Good Watches".

I'm curious - how does looking at that site make you feel?

Looking at a wristwatch usually makes me realize that i am late and should have left home earlier, hence i have not worn a wrist-screw (as in prison guard) since the early nineties and i am doing perfectly fine without it.
Looking at this site with no less than fifty Linear Time Measuring Devices (LTMD's) on the first page alone makes me feel quite gloomy....they are pretty and shiny though if one fancies that.

The site doesn't make me feel good, neither do the watches. The layout is nice, simple, easy to navigate but when I see those patek philleep watches I wonder who in their right mind would pay 14,000 dollars for an ugly watch. Even if they are made with 24kt gold and platinum, etc. Do they come with a blowjob from your favorite supermodel? No.

If I won the lottery I would probably get an omega or a hublot though. Or a couple of watches that I have seen in dupont registry. But the odds of me winning the lottery are like the odds of the federal reserve and their puppets, the US federal government, not attacking anymore countries based on lies.

The site does not bring about any specific emotion in me, but rather thoughts on how religious relics (in this case pertaining to power brought about by money) pervade each of our lives, and depend upon our individual perspectives as to what constitutes power (personal or otherwise).

Those LED watches are pretty damned fine, though.
