Had a grand 'ol time this seasoned gathering.

Managed to be on the winning side our annual (Canadian) football skirmish even though our wide receiver was too slammed to see the ball.

For our gift exchange (Secret Santa + Trade Options) I ended up with the batteries I bought for myself. Score!

I also participated in the annual gluttony and built up my camel's hump. That investment should come in handy if food prices get any higher and my income gets any lower.

For the gifting we decided on giving to the (less) capable of fortunate on a local level in The Mustard Seed charity organization; an idea hatched from a topic that came up a couple years ago.

Hope everyone else made a good time of the occasion.

I wouldn't use one on zombies - the hook at the end might get stuck in one, and the handle might make it harder to let go. It's also not long enough. Better to go with a trad machete IMO - less chance you'll get hung up...

I see...I guess the Gerber Pro model is the one used in the show. I have the Woodman's Pal.
If anyone was thinking of getting either one, I suggest you go with the original, made in America- not the gerber china-made knock off version. Reviews online seem to better favor the WP too.
