Administration Structure
Okay,
I don't know if it's just me being new here that I am finding it confusing. However I have been searching this site for about an hour to try and find out who is in charge around here. Most other websites have usergroups with administrators/ moderators/ super moderators - and it set's up a relevent structure as to who is in charge (the big boss) and who are here to help out. This site doesn't have it and everyone on the staff list is put up as an administrator. I was wondering if someone could help me and let me know who is the big boss when it comes to this site as really it's driving me in sane going around in circles attempting to find out. |

RE: Administration Structure
Hi there agent_mulder...
There is a link at the bottom right corner of the home page that says forum team... http://concen.org/forum/showteam.php I'd have to say Yeti is the one your looking for though. He'll probably be around shortly... and you can always send him a PM also. Let the rest of us know if there is anything we can help you out with. The Anthem |

RE: Administration Structure
Thanks April,
I had seen the showteam but as I said everyone comes up as administrators which (unlike other boards) I found a little confusing as I am used to having different people in different roles. I don't need to know who the boss is, but to be perfectly honest while I listen to everything everyone says I tend to pay more attention to 'the big boss' which is why I like to know whose responsible for everything. By the big boss I was more talking about the person who set all of this up (the site) in the first place. Do you still believe it's Yeti? |

RE: Administration Structure
Thanks,
I have a vBulletin License I wanted to give to them, nothing in return just attempting my part which has a lot of the features that some members on here have been asking for already built in by default but seem it is too hard to track down who to speak to (and offer this to) I will continue searching the internet. My aim was just to find a nice site in this niche to give the license to so they were able to improve, and I know that the license would go to good use but all this running around in a circle trying to catch my tail, hunting for members that no longer exist etc just makes it too hard and bothersim to try and help out. Thanks for all of your help April I appreciate it. |

I'm flattered that you found this site to be worthy of such a gift. The past site SysOp has a lifetime IP.Board license which I replaced with the current myBB software because I wanted to go the open source route. I will be building the other site features myself and/or using other open source code which can use an LDAP directory for authentication. Thanks again for your kind offer.

RE: Administration Structure
It's all good. I just thought I would save your members the hassle of coming up with $2000 to buy the SysOp a new Workstation for him to code stuff that came default with vBulletin that's all.
But all is good, I wish you all the best of luck - just trying to help sites/communities that are in the same niche I am passionate about. |

Just interested as it's a rather random encounter. "He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked." -- 1 John 2:6
