Just started to look into this.So i don't know that much yet.I do know one thing that when I was in court or about to go in for the first time I asked my lawyer why my name was in all capital letters(a smart old timer told me to just ask) and he almost shet his pants.I was young and did not want to start down this road at that time as I was not going to jail or paying a heavy fine so I just got it over with.This is just one link which has some explanation http://www.mudcat.org/thread.cfm?messages=...;threadid=97413 If anyone has more links, good books, videos ,anything that will help me work through this maze of law would be helpful

I'd recommend viewing The Magnificent Deception for a good start.

You are not a "person" you are a living being. A "person" (as in a FAKE "persona") was set up when your
birth certificate was filed. This "person" is a corporation named just like you, but in capitals. All your life
you've been suckered into believing you are this corporate person using the trick called "Idem Sonos".

Idem sonos is a legal trick meaning "it sounds the same". Since you and this corporation have a similar/same name
you've been tricked into answering for the corporation. That's how the scam works..

Pretty sure the defining moment in the U.S. is when the judge asks you if you are a U.S. citizen.If you answer yes you waved your God given rights and the court has dominion over you from that point on.However I don't think that is all of it.I forgot what vid it was but you also have to remind the judge of his oath.There must be a strict process which must be followed to the letter for this to work or your fubar.(<jmo)What a con job these people put together.

Also last night I found mention of a form you can file with the government.No mention of the form number and this might be bunk but this is the second time I heard about this form.The first time I heard it was from a friend of mine who came into a great deal of money thanks to Australian lotto.When he saw how much the tax bill was for a US citizen he was livid lol.I'll have to catch up with him and see if he found anything out.

Because you a "citizen"? WTF is that? The USA is a corporation... go ask the SEC. Unless you wish to work for the corporation,
what dominion should it have over you?

You: How could I possibly know that your honor? I was a dumb as a baby when I was born with no inkling where I was.

You: I forget, besides it would be hearsay evidence anyhow, so I rejected it.


All laws etc are only words... nothing more... and there's an example how to play their silly word game.

Menard himself doesnt think this would prove as useful in the U.S. as up there in Canada. - and for a couple reasons which he doesnt always go into.

I personally love the idea of what he's doing up there. But the risk of doing this here- is falling into just another trap.
On one hand if you really, REALLY know what to say and what NOT to say most of all, then you can probably find a way to make this very useful. On the other hand, you'll never know if it works unless you try it, but again you could wind up screwing yourself big time. I hate that.

Well he does say that in principal its the same, but like I said, certain factors make it different. Even Menard had said this in an interview I heard about a year ago.
One thing he said - the U.S. is more of a police state than Canada, and he's right. Look at what happened to the Montana Freeman.
Im in agreement that it should be as easy as Menard says, but I just dont think it is that way in the reality mindset of those within the system and its enforcement.

I agree that the only way to know if this works is to try it.The thought has crossed my mind to test this or I would not be asking lol.Well prepared to test it I should say.Contempt of court is almost a lock I would think.

Check out "stop the cop" too.

If you're really inclined you should read your state's rules of court act. It should have one, my
province does. Knowing the rules of court, especially represented pro se is every bit as useful as knowing
your rights. I read some of the Rules of Court book here and learned some interesting things, two of which were
that asking questions directed to the court, to aid in your defence, cannot be construed as contempt, and also
any point of law can be raised. It did not say Alberta or Canadian law, it said any law. In theory you could go as far
back as the Code of Hamurabi, or more recently to the Magna Carta.

Great vid I did see this before and watched stop the cop again last week end another good one.

I think your right about this Ctrl should work here as well.The same law applies but as Silva mentioned it really is a police state so I would imagine they would give me the full tour lol.Some one has to try to figure this out here.I just want to be ready in case I need it.Like the man says might as well learn something while your there.I would love to have them give me an order and slap a nice bill on them roflma.This is what the courts are all about here money. When your in business the last thing you want to do is lose money and this could just about close them down around here if it works.At least now I know what to look for and where to look for it.
