What causes a torrent to be considered freeleech? What is meant by "this torrent is freeleech so only upload counts?"

It would depend partially on which moderators are online at the time a torrent is uploaded, and then more so on whether a large number are likely to download the said torrent. I myself made your survival pdf pack a freeleech as it is the sort of information that can help people survive, no matter their opinions  That and it already had 45 leechers in no time at all. I also tend to make a lot of "health" related stuff freeleech to bring attention to an area that again, can improve the lives of others regardless of opinion. It means that the bytes you download are not counted, so your ratio won't go down. The bytes you upload are counted, so your ratio can still go up.
