[ConCen]GENEVA, Switzerland - At the first International Summit of Terrorist Nations and Terrorists today
a very odd alliance was made. Al Qaida which is an Islamist terrorist organisation has
agreed to a working agreement with KAOS, a secular organisation that also engages in world
wide terrorist acts. Other participating terrorist organisations were the Irish Republican Army, Hezbollah,
Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), Al-Jihad, Palestine Liberation Front, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade,
the Anti Defamation League, and Hamas. Hamas being unable to project terrorism beyond its own borders sat at
the summit in observer status.

"We are very pleased with the opportunity to work closely with Al Qaida on many things"
said Ludwig von Seigfried, Vice President of Public Relations and Terrorism for KAOS at
a press conference following the summit. "Having been a terrorist organisation since the
mid nineteen sixties I know KAOS can teach much to Al Qaida and Al Qaida will teach much to us.
We had our first dirty bomb as far back as '69, Al Qaida gets theirs in 2009".

Al Qaida spokesman Sulaiman Abu Ghaith seemed equally pleased with the new agreement saying,
"Allah Akbar, It is time to start working with the brightest and best minds in the terrorism
industry. Al Qaida has always respected the feats of KAOS and their technological prowess. This is
a match made in Heaven and I've ordered up 144 virgins just to be safe. It is our mutual hope
and desire to make the terrorism business as mainstream and profitable as the Shoah business".

In response to the change on the world chessboard U.S. President Barack Obama gave a mid afternoon
emergency press conference to warn the American people. "My fellow Americans, there is a
new threat facing us now that threatens every American. KAOS has teamed up with Al Qaida. This is a very
dire change geopolitically, but true to my word, I brought you change. Now is the time to hope we can get
our asses out of this mess. The good news however is yes we can and now is the time to do it."

When questioned what Obama was going to do in the face of the increased threat to the United States he replied,
"I have spoken with the homeland security czar and we will create a new goverenment department called CONTROL to
deal with the new threat. I will be appointing the two best anti-terrorism specialists I know to head up this department.
These two are so elite I cannot divulge their names, but I can say that agent 86 will be the Secretary of CONTROL and
agent 99 will be his deputy".
