RE: Obama's speech to Parliament in India 2010.11.08
Thx FastTadpole.

Pakistan is the key here I think. I say "I think", but I'm probably repeating Webster Tarpley more than anything, so if there's any credit due, it's his.

Please correct me if I'm wrong because I'm only starting to get my head around Asian affairs but as I understand it:

China gets much of her oil & gas from the Middle East.
The oil comes by land or by sea.
The main sea route is flanked on both sides by American controlled countries (more or less).
The oil by land would be piped through Pakistan.
Goods too, along the new superhighway to China.
Pakistan is thus CRUCIAL to Chinese interests.

The US can't just take over Pakistan, like it's done in Iraq and elsewhere, because China would be pissed.
China needs a reliable source of oil that is not subject to too much political control by her enemies.
(Russia too knows the value of this, hence it's glee at the Eurozone gas deal)
If the US does nothing, China grows and grows until one day it eats huge chunks of the world as the US dies
(The current status quo you might say).
At some point, India will be tempted to kiss and make up with the Pakistanis and swap sides, making things worse.
That's what Barry's doing: giving away all your stuff to keep them on-side longer.

So the US can't invade Pakistan and it can't leave them alone either, so permanent destabilization has emerged as alternative three.

The three grand imperatives of imperial geostrategy are to prevent collusion and maintain security dependence among the vassals, to keep tributaries pliant and protected, and to keep the barbarians from coming together. Zbig the Ruthless.

It's not just oil either. Russia is becoming a big partner. India is acting as a tech labour force. The SE Asian area and Korea is China's proxy as well but I think the British Empire has laid their cards with the Chinese, Indian and Russian Bloc as well.

Quote:European Union President Seeks Increased Political and Trade Relations with China

english.cri.cn — The most senior official of the European Union (EU) on Sunday started his first official visit to China, on a mission to seek closer trade and political ties with Beijing. "Interdependence is the political reality of today. Managing this interdependence is one of the great challenges of our young century," said Herman Van Rompuy, president of the European Council. "I see China's rapid economic development and rise on the global scene as a major window of opportunity for Europe and for elevating our strategic relations to a new level," he said in an op-ed article targeting the Chinese media. The president wrote the article entitled "Managing change in an interdependent world" as a response to interview requests from Xinhua. He did not take any interviews on the trip, according to his press office.

Their proxies in Africa such as the Congo and South Africa are giving massive tracts of land (designated national parks in some cases) for mining to the Chinese. Western Canada is have under assault of a corporate takeover. Brazil and Peru just sided with the Chinese in Massive Trade Agreements. I'm afraid it's looking more like a Chinese Empire with Europe, Russia, South America and Africa following suit with that plan. Elites based in Europe are politically insulated to a point by using the EU as a front. Same goes for the US elites using multi-national corporations.

The Green Power directive is crucial to this as it creates massive energy advantages levied against Europe and the North Americans while leaving the Indian, Russian, Chinese (and obfuscated EU) bloc unscathed even benefiting them by injecting tax payer funds into their technology, their auto industry and letting them off the hook in the green energy limits by saying they are all exempt 'developing' countries. Not to mention the sell off of resources from everywhere.

It's not really about countries though. It's about the players that are using these nations governments and the individuals and cartels that are using shell corporations to advance their agendas. In this scenario everyone loses except the cut-throat sell-out power hungry opportunists that can leverage capital, law and political will.

It's up to us as individuals and as communities and maybe even nations run by people to see through that and dethrone these wanna be monarchs.

They're taking a multi-pronged approach so we need to as well on all levels and in all sectors in an intelligent, organized fashion not to overthrow but to build over this system of global imperialism.

What that is exactly is for each community to decide maybe find common interest without compromise for certain actions and act upon them. I need to stress there is no one solution, there are commonalities, but it has to be uniquely tailored to each region, adaptable over time. It also needs to be built on respect and vigilance in protecting it for our fellows, regardless of what flag they live under.

GLOBAL DOMINATION

Strange thing is .. they're being careful to set this up under our noses so we ask for it and the 'elites' hope to be hailed as heroes like a Royal Wedding or a 'V' for Victory.

We may have thought this is isolated to certain nations, factions, laws, corporation but it's progressing in lock step by manipulation and force world wide, there is no flight from it, no caves to hide in. It's not just about standing you ground it's finding the higher ground.

Persist one day at a time ladies and gentlemen as we have quite an undertaking, there is no Easy Button. We likely won't even finish what we started but we can pass what we have done big or small to the next generation by putting forth our best effort each and every day.

There are no others, there is only us.

RE: Obama's speech to Parliament in India 2010.11.08
Nice post.

I agree that most of them pee in the same globalist pot at the end of the day and that that is the 'primary directive' as it were, but I also think it's useful to examine the national interests too, as you do above. Certainly, I disagree strongly with those who want to put nationalism to one side and interpret things ONLY from a globalist perspective. Like most topics, ALL the perspectives of ALL the actors need to be considered to get the fuller picture. Certainly, nationalism isn't done yet.

If things descend into war at some point (and I feel they must because of the purposefully and criminally derailed economy and the escalating tyranny we are increasingly subjected to in our day to day lives), it will be the nationalists that will come to the fore so the rest of us know which flag to line up under. Nationalists will also become the focus of any subsequent post-war blame too, thus ensuring a victory for the globalists whatever the outcome; rather like WW2.

As you say, the game requires us, as the last remaining individuals, to stay true and stay long. We might not see the end play ourselves but as the elites have always known this is an inter-generational game and it is incumbent on people like you and I to keep the torch of freedom alive and pass it on as best we can as the globalist filth roll out each sorry chapter of their miserable plan to enslave us for good.

Thanks for the links. I'll check some of them out later.

RE: Obama's speech to Parliament in India 2010.11.08
Surrounding the presidential visit to India in November 2010 was a massive expense account encompassing Presidential security, entertainment, a top notch hotel and the djinns know what else?

Quote:Obama's Mumbai Visit to Cost $200M Per Day: Report
By Jon E. Dougherty at 2 Nov 2010

(Newsroom America) -- A local news service in India says President Obama's upcoming visit will cost U.S. taxpayers some $200 million per day.

NDTV reported that the daily tab covers a myriad of expenses, from vehicles and security to the accommodation of about 3,000 people.

"The huge amount of around $200 million would be spent on security, stay and other aspects of the Presidential visit," a top government official, who was not named in the report, said.

NDTV said U.S. personnel have already been in Mumbai, where Obama will visit, for about a week.

The Economic Times reported last week that the administration has booked the entire Taj Mahal hotel - all 570 rooms - for the duration of the visit, which is expected to last just two days. Dozens of other rooms have been reserved in other hotels, the report said.

The hotel was the site of an attack, allegedly by Pakistan-based terrorists, two years ago. The three-day battle throughout the city killed about 300 people, reports said. A restored hotel was reopened in August 2008.

U.S. and Indian Navy ships will patrol the waters off Mumbai, to provide extra security, reports said.

Anyone know who else was part of the roster and on board for this free-spending fantastic voyage using more than a billion dollars in tax revenue?
