NSA Unclassified Document: Key to Extraterrestrial Messages

2800+ posts and this is my first post that can be interpreted as on of the potential alien evidence variety. I suppose it had to happen sooner or later.

A language of 21 symbols explained in exhaustive technical detail throughout it 23 pages. A reported 29 interceptions have been made. Now who is to say it is from some Alien Life Form; It merely states the transmissions were extraterrestrial, meaning not from earth. This very well could be, and likely is IMO, encoded transmissions from corporate or foreign entities.

I found this to be an interesting document. I'm not about to type it out and it could all be part of a disclosure hoax in the way it is being framed and circulated but here it is.
