Some good suggestions on efficiency from the ZGers and self-proclaimed social engineer Jaques Fresco is a brilliant inventor that fathomed some interesting technological ideas. The management and education scheme seems a bit open to interpretation and could develop a number of ways.

The GeorgeDrache Homework Project

Read a book, any book, on Technocracy or the Technocratic Society.

Then read IMF Economic Policy on corporate governance and par value and let me know what you think of how it compares with the foundation of the Venus Project and/or The Zeitgeist Project, the Resource Based Economy (RBE).

Best if you seek and find your own resources but feel free to ask me or anyone else for guidance if you feel so compelled. Good stuff written in the 30s on Technocracy during the first attempt at mainstreaming the societal construct.

No deadline. Take as much time as you need.
