anonym.to and forum / duplicates

1) When comments appeared in the tracker any external (and I think internal) links were automatically prepended http://anonym.to/?http://[actual-url].
But comments linking to external sites in the forum are not prepended now that comments facility has moved from tracker to forum. Was this intended?

2) "Torrent Seeding" seems redundant given the tracker contains the description and makes an automatic link to a comments section on the forum. Amalgmate its entries with "Tracker Files You Have Watched: Discussion & Critique"; and delete?

It's because the tracker software does it, but the forum software doesn't. I'd prefer the forum did it too. Eventually I'll get around to writing a plugin to do it...
