And why did your "molten aluminum" not revert back to it's "silvery" state upon it's freefall decent ?

Here is an experiment for you, take a crucible of your bright yellow molten aluminum and pour it out the window of your car whilst travelling at 100+ miles per hour and time how long it takes to turn silvery again.
