CANT CONTACT PAYPAL??? ARE THEY NOT GETTING BACK TO YOU ??
DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE WEBFORM CONTACT PAGE .. THESE EMAILS GO TO NEW DELHI INDIA, AND 25% OF THEM ARE DELETED ON PURPOSE TO KEEP THE INFLOW DOWN...IF YOU DOWNLOAD THE FILE ... AND NEED TO CONTACT THEM BUT NOT SURE WHICH NUMBER OR PRIVATE EMAIL TO USE MESSAGE ME WITH YOUR PROBLEM AND I WILL TELL YOU THE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OF WHO TO CONTACT  I have a text file with the PAYPAL'S complete contact information this list is HUGE !!! this is the file PAYPAL doesnt want you to see.. could be good, could be a scam... If you're looking for help dealing with paypal - make sure you know who you're dealing with BEFORE you give them any personal info AT ALL!!!!
