The question is this how many of those ethnic germans follow traditional german culture today? Because in germany the majority of ethnic germans follow "liberal american consumerist culture" or in other words "western culture" and not inherently german culture. While for example black namibians mostly follow their different tribal cultures and even continue to do so if they choose to move to a western country.
