I feel like I found myself here.

When I think about what I was doing when I was 16 to 20... playing my part in society, I practically feel robbed.

I'd also rather be with a small group of like-minded strangers..... that I'll most likely never meet, then ever go back to anything that resembles my previous lifestyle. It's not for everyone, understandably.... but I'm the kind of person that grows better under these conditions.

You'll be missed MMG.... but do what ever you have to do friend. We wish you the best. I do agree that working on "yourself" should be a top priority for all of us.... at all times...... and I trust that you know what's best for you. See you around pal.

One of the problems we had doing the first show was that six people showed up at different times during the session. Each time someone new arrived we had to do introductions, etc. This meant that it was hard to follow a train of thought to a reasonable conclusion before being interrupted. It also meant that nik had to do a lot of editing to try to put a coherent mix together. (edited to remove a joke in poor taste)

We learn as we go.

Henceforth, once the skype event begins late arrivals will not be admitted. They will have to seek admittance during the next break period. We are planning to have a break every hour, or so, so that participants can refill their water glasses etc.

The next KohceH call in event will take place at 12 noon MST ( mountain standard time) on July 4th. We will start promptly at noon and our first break will be at 1PM. Everybody is welcome to come and let their voices be heard.
After the 12 n00n mst start, your next chance to join the conversation will be from 1:05 PM to 1:15 PM MST. After the 1:15 PM start your next chance to join in will be from 2:30 PM to 2:40 PM MST and after that you could join in from 3:50 PM to 4:00PM MST.

this afternoon I was givin a short letter from a friend that I should have been given a long time ago but the person forgot about it until they chanced upon it just yesterday - not least, as my friend died on cancer in the interim period - it made me sad, so I am notin the best of spirits right now.
edit) as it is not exactly a letter i can now reply to and it makes me sad to think she may have wondered why I never wrote back to that letter before she died. I spoke to her on other occasions so it isn't as bad as it could have been but nevertheless I am feeling misanthropic with my fellow advanced society co-habitants right now. Hard to explain, should have stayed in the south pacific.

I am not schizophrenic - I could well have asperger's syndrome - but we're usually quite smart..or so they say anyhow -not my claim.

The audio was not edited as if was in a fit of lunacy and fumbling at the controls - i thought myself the necessary's for audacity with youtube tutorials - youtube tutorials very efficacious for many things imo - it came out like that as I intended it to come out like that .. it was a conscious attempt to break open the format and decentralise to avoid the dangers of the cult of personality with which we were all indoctrinated to varying degrees of success. I know it sounded somewhat frenetic but the intention behind that is to get the pot bubbling or so.

If you say it was jest I will accept so with courtesy; t me it just sounded like you were a bit startled with the final product and felt the need to add an uneccessary (in my view) disclaimer.

My son is with me on short notice so I may be able to participate some time later tonight but probably not until it has already begun..

It is not a big deal - people usually dont understand each other in these farms. any show made by me will be odd

nik, sorry about your lost, especially concerning the letter.

The show you edited was much better than my earlier shows, do not ever let anyone discourage you. It took me more than year of constant work and immense study to learn how to do Sound-Engineering, and I only recently have attained some semblance of adequacy as a Sound-Engineer.
