This won't be for everyone, meaning some will probably say
it isn't HipHop to them , or they wont like the style, and it ain't "political" neither..yadda yadda
but i frankly don't care , i like it, so i'm hopefull some others will.:D

Quite experimental, some real dope lyrics, verbal impressionism,
sombre though pretty atmospherics, improv poetry etc.

Sole, Dose one, Alias and Slug.

songs i really like;

The scarecrow speaks.

here's an lyrics excerpt.

-Dose one:
Quote:I come to you , with one heart broken in two
lashed hands, and many flaws : a man
in return , i ask , only an ego that's unbiased;
listen.
For what i speak of, offers freedom from mind
freedom from our focussed impulse : freedom.
And not at all the spangled yankee doodle union musket and compass,
sense of liberty,
which ya'll forefathers in holy-wood have fed, and sold us for scores,
i'm alluding and write of salvaged clearheadedness,
composed faded state of human being,
no, grand inquisite of myself,
I pour forth a pensive , frowned upon , and frustrated humble,
however...furious.
This reason for being here , this well you've found is
phe-nomena-lone
In the immortal words of Oliver Wendell Holmes;
a mind that is stretched to a new idea, never returns to it's original dimension
simplistically,
top-soil is no sea shell full of bitter ocean body, but , it can be
changing for and from , triumph to mystery,
every somehow has a place, where you dare not set foot , and can't see a thing.
so, weave those silver threads into soul level bonds and be unbounded no longer,
manipulative? let it go, go , and let the wandering take it all in,
Generate; make YOU yours, .. my masters, my pupils, my equals
drop, decorate, i emplore you:
just think.

Thats what im talking about! 2006 2mex , very nice:)
thanks soopaman really appreciate you putting these albums up
salutations to you all from the underground.

Hey Intellekt ya right man,this needs to be a sticky and at least
a changed title to something like Spiritual-Political-World Issue HipHop
theres so much thats been shared on here it all relates to whats going on
out there in our world,further more about that title of this entire thread
it could just say Conspiracy Related Music . . . . etc .. I just feel it deserves
its sticky or own section on the forum:)

Some one work on a title I guess,I know mine was basic like Paint Spa lol

Keep up the good work with these albums:)

No problem. If you have any specific requests for 2mex LP's let me know.:)

The name stays!!!

I started the thread (using another username) and I didn't want it to get cluttered with shit like Rage Against The Machine and punk, metal, reggae, etc, etc. It's strictly HipHop!!!:)

If the moderators want to sticky it - fine by me but I don't want the name to change.

Anyway, back to the music. This is a brand new LP by Visionaries, featuring a track called "Crop Circles" which I thought might interest some of you. :)

Quote:Here's an LP that, I think, was requested in another thread (about art on record sleeves or something similar) so I had it in the collection and thought I'd upload it for everyone to listen to:

<span style="color:#339999">THE COUP - PARTY MUSIC (2001)

http://rapidshare.de/files/32953120/part...c-2001.rar

Enjoy!!!;)

Don't you think The Coup probably knew 9/11 was going to happen somehow before it did, since this pic http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/customer-...index=0#gallery is said to have been leaked to the internet in July 2001

I know that's old news but I only heard a blip about it a really long time ago & never looked into 'til recently. Kind of disillusions me cause I love hip-hop & tho I'm not fans of these guys they collab w/Black Thought, Kweli & stuff. I mean as far as I can see if they did know & didn't do anything cause they thought it'd be good they're either stupid or evil. Feel free to tell me I'm wrong or share thoughts, I really don't know what to believe any more

I don't see how it's laughable when the points of impact are almost exactly where they really were. I mean that Dream Theatre cover for example, that is reasonable as a coincidence as it shows basically NY as a whole on fire. But that Coup cover is very specific & prophetic of the real attack & that's why it seems fishy.

@Infinite,

Wow, &lt;_&lt; never heard that story before but got this when i googled it,.
snopes on coup album cover
..
[Image: coup.jpg]

Seems more likely to me that it's pretty much coincidence, at least a lot
more plausible than the Coup being clairvoyant/prophetic or Government Operativz.

Some more music:

'L ronious and Elusive Prototype are:
DREAMWEAVERS - dreamweavers.

Strangely that was almost exactly what I wrote earlier but some people have to see conspiracies in everything.:rolleyes:

Anyway, back to some music. Here's some more 2mex, as requested:

People suspect conspiracy when the probablility of a coincidence seems less reasonably likely. The blast points on The Coup cover are errily similiar to where they actually were on 9/11. Wouldn't have thought I'd find such dismissiveness here of all places considering that.

Just cause you like the group or whatever, that means nothing. I'd prefer it if they didn't have prior knowledge as well b/c some of my favorite mcs have collaborated w/them. But they're Communist, & it seems plausible to me that if they did know about 9/11 & didn't warn anyone, it's b/c they foolishly thought it would bring "an end to capitalism" & do good. There already seems to be a history of the elite manipulating people into communism as a controlled false choice
