The basic theme of this writing was that the growth in population would outstrip the global food supply.

This essay concludes that we are nearing or actually have overshot the sustainability of the earth. The book predicted a major economic disaster to occur by the 1990s.

This essay discussed the advancement of technology and the problem it posed for the enviroment especially in regard to the development of the third world nations.

5. National Security Study Memorandum 200, by Henry A. Kissinger, National Security Council, Washington, D.C. 20506, April 24, 1974: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests, December 10, 1974

This document is a blatant statement of intent in regards to population control. It outlines a secretive plan to reduce population growth directly via birth control and indirectly via war and famine.

NSSM 200 also links Family Planning to population control.Control (NSSM 200, part 2 Policy Recommendations)

NSSM 200 recognises population growth as a current danger of the highest magnitude (NSSM 200, Part 2, Section V, paragraph 3)
