For me, it trivializes the death of a fellow human being (a fellow American even, if that image is what I think it is), and I'm rather disgusted by it. Yes, madthumbs is a fucking idiot, but this is over the top. I think those of us in the Truth Movement should demonstrate that at least someone is capable of rising above name calling and childish insults to focus on what's really important.

yeh...i very much agree, being in a truth and peace movement, you have to exercise it.

While I agree, we also have to understand that the truth movement, especially now is gaining popularity amoung young people, so you are going to have to expect a certain amount of this kind of behavior, especially over the 'net. It would be "nice" if things like this didn't happen, since they are "unprofessional" in that sense, but at the same time I still think there is nothing wrong with getting a laugh out of it.

It does demonstrate just how effective MT's attitude is though.

It seems as if he has done is best to divide the movement with his attachement to Smith and Huff-n-puff, and you can only bring this sort of "punishment" on yourself, ya know?

yeh if it didn't happen i would wonder if we are doing a good job or why isn't something being done if americans or people in general are "good", if they consider themself that.

but the way i look at this is not being professional. i think we just need to be, respectful, peaceful, honest human beings. it doesn't take a professional to do that.
