So I frequent two political forums alot, the political forum on http://www.tranceaddict.com and ConCen ofcourse. And man, there's a world of a difference between people's attitude, understanding, and knowledge of what going on in today's world/had occured in history. But the one thing that really stood out today was when I subconsiously compared the types of attitudes demonstrated by the responses in the Hugo Chavez UN speech thread over there and here. The most striking difference is that you guys actually have morals and principles that you don't hypocritical and selectively apply unlike them, and ofcourse you're much more honest to yourselves (i.e. don't like in denial).

Anyways, I'm just so freakin glad that I found this place when I did. It helps me retain my sanity in this insane world and now I don't feel like I'm alone. Now I know there's alot of good people like you guys out there, which gives me hope.:)

So this is just fantastic. My own family thinks I'm some fringe conspiracy nut now, ever since I started talking to them about 9-11 and the NWO stuff in general. It's frustrating enough that most people will riducule you and think you're nuts for trying to spread the truth/alternative information/analysis. Apparently trying to be principled, prevent mass manipulation, contribute to some positive change, and actually make a difference in the world is something one will be vehemntly attacked for. But it's even more painful when your own family thinks you belong in a mental institution for not sharing popular/accepted views and beliefs. I'm guessing many here have experienced this, or something like it. How do you guys deal with it? Or is it something you learn to live with over time?

God, I'm just so pissed off right now! Sorry about my rant.

There we go, another forum I frequent. Paul Watson loves hyberbole, but nothing he described in his scaremongering article is a flasehood. All those tortures can and do happen.

Atheists are freethinkers right? They have a open mind to a government that fucks them over? Fucking wrong. They replace sacred faith with secular faith. Whatever fox/cnn says is the truth, and would never, ever lie to them.

The majority of the world is suckered into this brainwashing. I try to find the most rational answer, and I think television is the cause. I watch it, doesn't matter what's on, and it has a soothing effect, my reasoning abillites seem to switch off. Or the guy could just be a narrowminded arse, but I'd like to think somewhere he was a good, rational guy.

It's an honour to be greeted by you (yeah, I know that sound's weird, especially since we've never exchanged a word, or perhaps it would be even weirder in that case:LOL:.
