Hi, im from South Africa... dont know alot about the Conspiracys, my dad used to do a little research into it. Anyway, the reason y i joined is, someone told me i had to join this site to b able to download "Baghdad_ER".

Maybe because of the 6969 at the end is being blockey by your firewall or by your ISP

Yes I too block Buttlord, not to piss you off or anything but it's a shit program not worth letting download from my torrents.
On a sidenote is the tracker even accepting new registers? He might not even be able to register because I don't think Ctrl ever opened it back up from a month ago. The belief in 'coincidence' is the prevalent superstition of the Age of Science. &I don't understand why you're taking such a belligerant tone when you're obviously the ignorant one here. & -triplesix |

I tried all your little programs, and they also didnt wana work, bitlord might be slow, but it works, i donwload from work.. so i dont have full control over the network, and the other programs doesnt want to work for some reason.

bitlord is just bitcomet with a bunch of spyware, so I don't know why bitlord would work and bitcomet wouldn't or why anyone would want to use bitlord.
Besides that have you been to the tracker website and do you have an account? http://www.conspiracycentral.net Or I suppose you could just go DL the torrents in the forums, it's rather easy they make a post and at the bottom the torrent file will be attached. You download that and it's like downloading it off of any tracker.
