was talkin to a cpl friends of mine last night, and the whole katrina thing came up, along wiht HAARP. so basically the theory that came out of this was that there are two oil beds or whatever it would be called, just off the coast of N.O. so bacially they were saying what if they used HAARP to create these huge hurricanes to slam that coast, and we all have heard the stories on the levys being blown up.

the reason would be to get rid of all the poor black ppl who own land in N.O. what was it, somthing like a million ppl displaced from their homes? their was no help for these ppl. they were left to die and suffer. it doesnt seem like too much is being done to rebuild at the moment, seems that place is still just as shitty as it was just after the disasters. so they got rid of all the poor blacks and now the land can be sold at some point down the road to make fortunes, becuase of the off-shore oil.

it was worded a lot beter last night and could have been worded better and differently here, but does this make sence?

i've been saying that. but no one seems to agree with me.
apparently people have issues grasping the theory the black gov.
can create storms/earthquakes/other "natureal" disasters
to help their agenda of whatever it is, like population reduction.

i bet most people don't know 50% of the population in N.O. have aids.
i guess, virus's wasn't enough...or they weren't dieing fast enough.

Thanks for bringing this up Byrd,I have checked out weather modification for a while now,as you mentioned about Katrina,I thought I would share this excellent piece of research with you all from Richard C Hoagland.
Go through every page,as step by step much is revealled and quite shocking it is too, very educational in all areas also, requires good eyes;)

http://www.enterprisemission.com/hurricane1.htm

It starts with a history of these hurricanes and eventually moves on to Katrina.
What I found most amazing was the 'eye' of these hurricanes
it just wasnt that of a normal circular eye.

The work gets deeper & deeper....

Brace your eyes for some intense reading....

Even if they didn't cause it, that would explain the slow response and lack of help... all of it helped someone buy up property at firesale prices. There are massive amounts of natural gas all through the area and right off the coast.

It was definatly to wash out all the poor. Have you seen Spike Lee's katrina movie? The storm actually destroyed alot of ownership records. Some people have had thier houses taken because they couldn't prove they owned them.

I've read about large casino's buying tracks of land including Donald Trump who is buying up land around there like it's going out of style. He's already released plans to build the tallest building in Louisiana there. They've had thier eye on the popular tourist destination for years but the crime and the poor always scared off the investors. Katrina fixed that...how convenient. They're trying to make the Las Vegas of the south or some crap.
