Is AJ handing over IP addresses?
This is in response to this story up on Infowars' site...
http://www.infowars.com/virginia-man-charg...ce-on-infowars/

So my question is...how do they know who it was unless Infowars is providing the authorities with the IP address.
Or am I mistaken? Isnt that the only way the cops would get his personal info?

Jones talked about it today. He was subpoenaed by the FBI about it. He proudly admitted he gave the IP address of the poster.

As far as Alex is concerned, if you publish the home addresses of cops along with a threat to go out and kill them, you deserve to go to jail.

Why the FBI ? surely its a police matter ? It wasnt addresses of the FBI
.. I know you cant answer that yeti, thanks for letting us know anyways.
Cant say this revelation will do much good for the many people who post over there now : /
not a good look atall, and be sure everyone out there who already attacks Alex will turn this one in to something much more....
So expect many forums out there to start blowing up about this.

Thanks for the response Yeti.
At least he's admitting it. Cant say I approve though.
Giving credibility to the system he claims is broken and unjust, He's either a pussy or a complete douche bag...maybe both. Excuse the language -Im ranting here - this asshole AJ has just about fucked himself...big time. Shows just how much of a pathetic phony he is in my opinion. He's nothing more than any other talking head a la Sean Hannity/Rush Limbaugh. Giving peoples info over to the FEDs...what a fucking dickhead.

Who's to say this guy wasnt just talking tough over the net. I mean he obviously was- he never hurt anyone after all, right? Why would AJ need to give them any credibility? He doesnt need to cooperate with the FEDs, under any circumstances. He's might as well say" Yes Uncle Sam...I do have some crazy listener's - You should monitor this site for their extreme views- if they say something that you dont approve of...just let me know - give me the word and their information is all yours. No problem."

I wonder if the poor guy even owns a gun, they seemed to have left that out of the report.

It was the FBI because of the cross-state nature of the crime, I guess.

Im sure...but handing over the info isnt mandatory- nor is it a criminal offense should he had decided not to give them the info, unless they had a court order. Which I would fight anyway.
I dont know man, this severly tarnishes AJ imo...Its hard for me to excuse this.

I know it was written before AJ was on the radio but I still cant help but rememeber a quote from Bill Cooper's book, Behold a Pale Horse:
"There is a traitor in the patriot movement who provides the Secret Government with accurate names and addresses of patriots who will fight to protect and defend the Constitution."

I'm listening to it now. Apparently he was forced by subpoena to hand over the records containing the IPs. His lawyer told him he had to do it.

I'll add back my original post un-edited and untouched in a couple days

ive missed this. whats happened? spell it out for me im in a funny mood today.

oh ok so he basicly vented his spleen on infowars now hes under arrest for making "threats". what a twat.

Yeah there you go just say the golden "arrest me" words. well done muppet.

Quote:"If I find out who the pig is then I will kill the pig who killed him," Weaver wrote on Jan. 5, according to the complaint.

A short time later, the address of one of the police officers involved in the shooting was posted to the Web site.

"Thanks for the address," the next post read. "Now that I know who he is and where he is it's only a matter of time." The complaint quoted Weaver as saying he planned to kill the officer's wife and child before killing him.

Thats internet conspiracy to murder lolz. BAN THE INTERNET!! IT CANT BE TRUSTED!!

Like it or not, if he wrote what they say he wrote, he broke the law.

Of course if he hadn't promised to murder a cop and his family, but just a "civilian" would the FBI even give a damn? If he hadn't written those words on infowars.com, would they have acted?

I smell hypocrisy here...
