Yes, in Iraq they already put a friend of theirs at the top, so they control it already, for instance making sure oil will be bought with US dollars alone...

I'll say again, in case you're still not sure - you should read better newspapers (I'll leave the choice to you, but be warned it may mean thinking) for the sake of being better informed. This may help you in future to not make outdated, ignorant, xenophobic, paranoid comments that expose your complete lack of awareness.

But even bearing that in mind you're saying now that "you're not part of that society" so it doesn't matter. Christ. What society ARE you part of then? The flat earth one? I wouldn't be the least bit surprised... I'm far removed from the "goings on" in Afghanistan or Israel, so does that mean I should just ignore what happens there? If you don't want to take part on the global stage, be that even on this level, stay away from it and keep your uneducated opinions to yourself.

I am in no way xenophobic, I am a staunch believer that there are good and bad people of all religions and nationalities. I relate to individuals and make my assessment of each individually. Do you really believe that news papers (with their underpaid, overworked, over managed journos which are run/owned by ideological dictators with their own specific agendas) actually contain truth in a consistant open and honest way?

That could only be the opinion of someone who reads only 'better informed' newspapers.
