He is specifically doing what he does to get publicity. Lots of known talk radio and tv personalities have this ASSHOLE attitude because they know people will tune in to hate them. Remember that old movie TALK RADIO? Its like the whole wrestleling bullshit show. You got the good guys and the bad guys you love to hate, but back stage they all go out for beers.
In the 60's, people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal.
