We need to keep the pressure on our congresspeople to push for impeachment... despite their decision NOT to impeach.

Is this poll still going on? Is there a link? Some weirdness... I linked to a similar poll back in july and today I am getting hit but tons of people from google who apparently are searching for this... so I'd like to redirect them... folks seem quite eager to cast their non scientific vote for impeachment.:)

Can't the different state congresses start impeachment even if Washington is unwilling? I think there will be an impeachment process for sure, just not sure if it will get anywhere or if he will be impeached.

well if bush gets impeached cheney will too (hopefully we wouldnt get stuck w/ him as head), and that leaves pelosi as president, being third in line.

For impeachment, in the House they would need a simple majority (got it) but in the Senate they need a two-thirds majority, which is 66, they only have 51... so it would be an embarassment for Bush, but they couldn't actually get him out of office unless 15 Republican senators also went along with it - that is NOT going to happen unless an investigation turns up damning evidence of crimes (like 911!).
Still, would be a big blot on his record and it's something they can hold over his head... until they really do turn up the evidence they need anyway. Oh yeah, that poll IS the one from last July... I wonder what one now would look like. |

Hello all. I just wanted to encourage people to fill this out and get the word out. Soo much time has been wasted already trying to bring these criminals down. Thank you for your time on this matter.

Meh, if he gets impeached, he'll just be replaced by another world-government pro-international-banker anti-freedom asshole... the only respectable politician seems to be Congressman Ron Paul, and he's quite old. :err:
