Ex-Agent: CIA Seed Money Helped Launch Google
Steele goes further than before in detailing ties, names Google's CIA liaison Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet Wednesday, December 6, 2006 An ex-CIA agent has gone further than ever before in detailing Google's relationship with the Central Intelligence Agency, claiming sources told him that CIA seed money helped get the company off the ground and naming for the first time Google's CIA point man. Robert David Steele, a 20-year Marine Corps infantry and intelligence officer and a former clandestine services case officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, is the CEO of OSS.net. Speaking to the Alex Jones Show, Steele elaborated on his previous revelations by making it known that the CIA helped bankroll Google at its very inception. "I think Google took money from the CIA when it was poor and it was starting up and unfortunately our system right now floods money into spying and other illegal and largely unethical activities, and it doesn't fund what I call the open source world," said Steele, citing "trusted individuals" as his sources for the claim. "They've been together for quite a while," added Steele. Asked to impart to what level Google is "in bed" with the CIA, Steele described the bond as a "small but significant relationship," adding, "it is by no means dominating Google in fact Google has been embarrassed because everything the CIA asked it to do they couldn't do." "I also think it's very very wrong of Google to have this relationship," cautioned Steele. The former agent went further than before in identifying by name Google's liaison at the CIA. "Let me say very explicitly - their contact at the CIA is named Dr. Rick Steinheiser, he's in the Office of Research and Development," said Steele. Steele highlighted Google's blatant censorship policies whereby press releases put out by credible organizations that are critical of Dick Cheney and other administration members don't make it to Google News even though they are carried by PR Newswire. We have repeatedly highlighted past examples of censorship on behalf of Google, including their blacklisting of a mainstream news website that was mildly critical of China, and also the deliberate stifling and manipulation of Alex Jones' Terror Storm film ranking on Google Video. Google was also caught red-handed attempting to bury the Charlie Sheen 9/11 story at the height of its notoriety. Saying Google had become "too big for itself," Steele opined that Google was "long overdue for a public audit." "One of the problems with privatized power is that it's not subject to public audit," said Steele, arguing that groups should rally to "put Google out of business unless they're willing to go the open source software route." We regularly highlight Google's damaging role in aiding the march towards a big brother society, but the admission that Google were planning on teaming up with the U.S. government to use microphones in the computers of an estimated 150 million-plus Internet active Americans to spy on their lifestyle choices and build psychological profiles which will be used for surveillance and minority report style invasive advertising and data mining, astounded even us. Steele said that our previous story about Google's ties to the CIA, which was picked up by dozens of top technology websites, concerned Google enough to lie to the public about it and deny its validity. It remains to be seen how Google will react to these latest revelations. Listen to the interview with Robert David Steele, in which he also questions the official version of 9/11, by clicking here. http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/decem...06seedmoney.htm Don't believe anything they say. Quote:... Asked to impart to what level Google is "in bed" with the CIA, Steele described the bond as a "small but significant relationship," adding, "it is by no means dominating Google in fact Google has been embarrassed because everything the CIA asked it to do they couldn't do... " It is my guess that this quote by Steele is "insurance", not the actual truth. He is keeping himself alive by saying this. The truth is that Google is probably doing everything that the CIA is asking it to. Again, just my "take" on this quoted statement. Google has become the "Microsoft" of search engines. And for that matter, how did Microsoft gain the market share that it currently sustains? Dear people, are there any other search engines that are effective and reliable, but perhaps not "in bed" with the intelligence services/military/secret police? If you know of any, please post your recommendations here. Also, is there a way to access Google, or any search engine, without revealing your IP address? In other words, how do you access a search engine, or any web site, anonymously (and hopefully with adequate 'net speed!). Again, any recommendations would be appreciated. Interesting revelation. Thank you for posting this article, Valentine. |

Quote:That's a semantically suspicious statement to say the least. It's a statement of certainty on something that you admit you're not so certain about after all. It's like saying: "the truth is, there is snow and ice to be found in Alaska,... probably".Quote:... Asked to impart to what level Google is "in bed" with the CIA, Steele described the bond as a "small but significant relationship," adding, "it is by no means dominating Google in fact Google has been embarrassed because everything the CIA asked it to do they couldn't do... " Quote:Again, just my "take" on this quoted statement. So it's your truth then. Don't get me wrong solar I'm not bashing you nor am I in bed with the CIA. I'm just on a nitpickology rollercoaster ride once again. Nothing personal. Quote:Google has become the "Microsoft" of search engines. And for that matter, how did Microsoft gain the market share that it currently sustains?Don't know for sure but I can guess: lack of alternatives or perhaps superior marketing? Why did VHS beat Betamax and Video2000? It wasn't for the outstanding quality VHS had to offer over its rivals. Also Video2000 had cassettes that could record both sides similarly as the good old cassette tapes. Again VHS beat its rivals because of marketing. Marketing costs money. So where did the money come from Microsoft must have had initially to smoke out and decimate its competitors? Any similar spooky and elusive CIA ties here perhaps? Quote:...Same here Valentine. I think Google is being scroowed 6 ways from Sunday by the CIA or some such similar puppeteer agency. I figured out that much after Alex Jones announced that the viewing stats of Terrorstorm were being messed around with to obscure rising popularity. as a few people have given links to scroogle.org, they know oh so well
that the same place scroogle had reported on this for ages, well done i was one of a few back on the old forum and this new one to make this known also.. no no no i dont want a t-shirt i dont want credit , dont kiss me either .. but it seems only certain few of us pick up on these things like way back, we report them and people ignore, then all the sudden it takes a sort of mainstream story to make people pay attention to it ... it deffo says something... think about it. ~ Veritas Vos Liberabit ~ |

It is not so easy with software to find out what mission impossible is.
However its different with hardware. Lookin at computers at Best Buy I mentioned how many had AMD chips in then, so my buddy goes all or most of my computers have AMD they might make the most chip, they supply Army. Gad look how far defence industry companies fared doing business with the DOD. Time to buy stock in Google and see it crash. Some one once gave up and went into insurance cause every project he worked on ended up cancelled, no chance for advancement there. Quote:VHS beat out Betamax because Sony refused to license their technology to certain competitors, and charged too much to others. JVC, the VHS patent holders, licensed to anyone who was interested. Thus, VHS players were cheaper. I've never even heard of Video 2000. It must be a European only format...Quote:Google has become the "Microsoft" of search engines. So where did the money come from Microsoft must have had initially to smoke out and decimate its competitors? Any similar spooky and elusive CIA ties here perhaps? Microsoft was the sole provider of the bundled operating system for the IBM PC until late in the 1980's. By that time, through nasty tricks like undocumented function calls, Microsoft had crippled competing applications like Lotus 123, while buying application software and secretly giving them advantages. Once the courts caught up with them, the damage had already been done, the market was warped in Gates' favour, and he had the money to buy any judge or company he wanted. BTW, Microsoft has had known back doors in its OS from day one - and the government likes it that way. Since then, things have only gotten worse. Thank Linus we have Linux! Bill Gates is a scumbag. If I ever had a chance to shake his hand, I'd spit in his face while kneeing him in the <span style="color:#CC0000">nuts!
