welll here we go . This is the as-much-as-possible benevolent letter I have sent this individual. Feel free to modify it somewhat and use it if you are lazy. Let us all know if I was out of line anywhere in here. More can be done with somewhat kind words as you all know , however frustrating it may be to do so .......

I and many others find this situation very saddening. Obviously we can all sense your frustration You should consider that your original request was immediately granted to remove LINKS to your products ( which I did not download but followed the info link back to your site by the way!!! ) I must say that considering that this site holds absolutely NO files but merely links ( AS WELL AS HUGE AMOUNTS of forum info, links to sites, and serious discussions and reviews as well ) I find it odd how you can apply such undue pressure on the site operation. This site is perhaps one of the very few where exposure can be specifically targeted to a dedicated audience who DO SPEND MONEY on decent products . There is a vast number of site users BEYOND SIMPLY MEMBERS and this exposure is invaluable, as can be seen by other past experiences where movie/video productions have worked together to promote and even increase business!!! People in general I believe would rather own a quality original copy of such a production ( complete with case and cover and catalog and stickers etc...)than some lame rip of poor/dismal quality bereft of any "window dressing". You would be wise to consider that the LEGAL DISCLAIMER and also the entire system of torrent functioning is very very very difficult to deal with from a legal standpoint. May we humbly suggest that instead of alienating your target audience you embrace them and give yourself some well - deserved business now and well into the future, for the aforementioned products and any other interesting things you offer for sale. ( and there is a lot of really interesting stuff at your site trust me) The last thing , and this is NOT a threat but merely an observation: From past experience and general knowledge, for every one person that is polled regarding an opinion( hello politics:)) it can generally be assumed that there are at least 10 others who share of this same viewpoint. Consider this in light of the power of email, the large userbase that the site in question has influence over, the potential financial backing power of that userbase etc. it would probably be to your BENEFIT ( hard to believe when emotions are high ) if you were to channel this into increased sales of your products through your current marketing strategy! The path taken regarding the current situation surely is not the way to use things to your advantage! If a door was presented to you, as occurs daily in all of our lives
why not open it to see how it can positively enhance your life ...
