Yes. I have. It really must be a different world for you.

Circa 330 known public area BW experiments conducted 1949-1976 - only 32 conducted soley using water, killed or dyed bacteria.

It might be a good idea to remember this before you post half-truths. ;)


Btw, RAST was used on both live and inactivated bacteria.

Oh and before you start, I believe the topic of this thread is "Military experiments on civilians?" which indicates to me that this post, made purely to correct your mistaken assertions, is relevant.
