This is the big problem. The elite, their scientists, and now companies and individuals acting alone (think sheep becoming their own sheep dog / chain reaction) have grossly exploited human urges, tastes and desires. Poisons are addictive and appealing (heroin, aspartame, snake venom (African Bushmen), sugar, MSG, fat, additives, etc.), and this is why they are everywhere. Parents give their children candy or crud from Mc Donalds as a 'treat'! What they are actually doing is the complete opposite.

By feeding young children tasty poisons these children are, not only becoming unhealthy and put at risk of serious disease, but becoming conditioned to reject natural and healthy foods in favour of 'quick buzz foods', which can only harm them. Being raised this way means it is all the harder to break free and embrace that which is actually good for the body (and soul). This is especially true while they are constantly being bombarded with harmful, obscurant, and powerfully influential nefarious propaganda from the mass media.

It is hard to break addiction. It certainly helps to feel strong repulsion for the poisons that are the subject of such insalubrious addictions. Only by knowing the truth can one create such a feeling of repulsion.

It does not help matters when the only 'foods' available in most shops and most vending machines are just the types that should be avoided. It takes discipline for many to prevent themselves from buying these foods because it is so easy to do so and there is nothing else available. It could mean they go without for several hours. Some are under the influence of peer pressure, or fear of being thought of undesirably by those close to them if they behave in a different way to that which is common. Pressure to follow the 'norms'. As many here know, most norms should be broken just because they are norms!

It is good to prepare for a lack of availability of healthy foods. A person should take foods with them, when they go away / out, and also seek out good organic suppliers, for where they live and where they are going. Fortunately organic wholefoods are becoming easier to buy, but the situation is far from ideal.

Actually I'm not on a diet as such, but haven't drank any beer in a week and was careful not to replace the extra calories with other shit.

Must be this time of year, any of you guys planning on holidays by the sea :biggrin:

This comes close to a method I advised to a friend. Actually, an advise to get up early, not to lose weight. He's an architect, and he often came late for work, so I told him also to drink much (tea, water) in the evening, and not eat late, so in the morning the pressure in the bladder will be that strong that he will joyfully get up to release the water. And then it's too late, you can't get back into the warm, comfty bed, you are awake now.

I have a big climb coming up so I generally climb better when I'm lighter. Hovering around 12% body fat at the moment, would like to get it a tad below 10%. Anything lower than that and I get to weak.

I used to be a personal trainer part time so I'm real hip on diets.

Sure thing. Milk is poison. Luckily for me I have been diagnosed to be lactose-intolerant some 6-7 years ago and so I have abandoned drinking milk altogether. I was only eating cheese every now and then but now that I'm on a very strict anti-candidiasis diet I'm also not even doing that anymore.

It's been six months since I'm like that and I've lost 5 Kilos.

Of course, if you can excersise or, at least, walk more, it's way better. But don't force you to starve because is not healthy and it doesn't really help you to lose weight that you won't gain again.
Now here's another poison that is even more potent and immediate than milk: ASPARTAME.

Do yourself and your loved ones a big pro-active favor and GET OFF aspartame ASAP! (or you may just lose a lot more than "5 kilos")

Thanks, ephilution. I think you will like this pdf I just up'ed, The Sunfood Diet Success System, by David Wolfe. It is only a couple hundred pages, out of over 600 for the complete book, but it is well worth reading.

I am not sure if it is from the latest version. David Wolfe has recently re-released this book, and I am seriously considering buying a copy.

Yeah thanks but no thanks. You go first then tell me if it's a satisfiable way to lose weight. So anyway to update I stopped fasting halfway through the second day and I'm smoking again so I guess I'm destined for failure.
