Did I Get Banned From The Tracker?

I have not been able to get on the tracker all day. Connection timed out... :(

I did an ID Serve search to see if the tracker is up and sure enough it is.

With all this talk of leechers getting banned I have been a little nervous as my ratios are not always perfect. :unsure:

It's exactly what they said it is.
Our server co. has always been good to us.
Even when copyright complaints about us reach them they always
give us ample time to sort it out and don't act rashly.

They now know our back is to the wall, changing ports just aint going to happen but a server company move might.... that will cost them about $5G a year if we do move.... so it's preasure on them to get us back in biz.
Just have to wait it out and see what happens.

I have no clue about this, but would it make sense to be mirrored in a country like sweden for example?

Well, while you can mirror the html to a point, how do you mirror an announce URL? There can only be one for concen, unless we rent two servers and run two announce URLS. Does anyone want to take the site from a cost of 6k$ a year to 12k$? Not I!

You could mirror and even have a working mirrored announce URL using what's known as "round-robin DNS", however, the last time I looked into that, the companies that offered it has a ToS precluding filesharing.

What kind of costs would be incurred if one were to buy a server(s)? At that point would you be paying only for bandwidth? Would that be too much of a pain in the ass for things like maintenance and upkeep as well as dealing with unforseen hardware problems?

I can imagine that bandwidth is like any kind of product; the more you buy the cheaper it gets, and when you are a big hosting company buying tonnes of bandwidth you get it for dirt cheap. So from that, would ConCen be precluded from savings? If that is the case what about setting up a 'Freedom' hosting company that catered to truth? Although diversity is what pays the bills and hosting a whole whack of freedom/truth sites etc. on one server company would pose a larger (easier to target) target (which is what I see as a possible flaw in the project of a similar nature that I have heard AJ say he is working on.) I am a big fan of decentralized systems which is what made torrents so appealing to me amongst other things.
