Starjade says; Many claim to have visitations by angels but lets get their chapter and verse so we can see if they are telling the truth or a lie. And let us discuss only the Angel Gabriel as that is the claimed angel that is under question. Read this statement. Daniel 8:15 And it came to pass, when I, even I Daniel, had seen the vision, and sought for the meaning, then, behold, there stood before me as the appearance of a man. Daniel 8:16 And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision.

In the first instance the appearance of a man was not then of Gabriel but of another who called and said Gabriel make this man understand. And Daniel admits that he was asleep. Daniel was called the dreamer of dreams for good reason.

Starjade says; Don’t you mean that the Christian writers used Gabriel calling him an angel to proclaim the birth of a fraud called Jesus to make it appear that the Prophecy made by Isaiah had come true. If you are going to make that proclamation on flimsy unsubstantiated evidence then explain why this character Jesus did not fulfil this other prophecy of Isaiah. Isaiah 11:11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. Isaiah 11:12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
