Some possible questions off the top of my head...

Has anything significant happened since the last interview (2 weeks ago) with regard to NASWS?

Has he had anyone new approach him about the NASWS?

What's in store for NASWS over the winter?

Are there any other court dates coming up?

What is stopping him from getting his day in court against these defendants?

What needs to happen for him to get within the justice system?

What has happened with those who have contacted us through the site?

Does he still need legal representation?

I see that the reports on the cow deaths are inconclusive according to the vet... are the water samples he personally took from his dugout and the area water around it different than the ones the companies took? Is there inconsistencies between his samples and their samples? Could you have him explain the water testing and clarify who fixed the results and when? I understand that they didn't take water from areas he wanted them to, should this have mattered considering the contamination would have been anywhere downstream from the breaches?

Has he received any further threats to take the site down?

Does this have to break nationally in order for something to get done?

Why is there a media blackout on this story? It seems like an up and coming investigative journalist would be all over this story... what's stopping them? Are they afraid? Is it fear that is keeping everyone from speaking out?

How could the web site be improved to help him with his cause?

Is Jim still taking water samples and getting them tested?

Facets to this case... Dead cattle, family water source poisoned (therefore health problems), pressure on Jim to stop the study, children taken from Jim... can you think of anything else?

What facts have been covered up and will stand tall in a court of law? Does Jim have experts in the field who will back him up?

Has the children's health improved since moving to a different water source?

What do people need to do in order to help the NASWS cause? Is spreading the word enough? What are some actions that people can take that will have a significant impact for the NASWS?

why is it stuck at a lower level court considering the extent of contraventions of federal laws

can you take it to an area where there will be less conflict of interests or interference form the local "web"

Well lets hope that your emails don't get filtered out right away and end up moulding in the junk mail folders.
Would mail-out data cds be a better option? I have a method where it only uses one stamp to mail and one piece of paper ( got this from TKRA ) Discs aren't a problem to do up. I have archived the entire site 2 levels in on the links ,and added in weblinks, pictures etc to the data cd Good all-around package. Much more tempting to look at . I use HTTRACK website copier. It grabs whole site and to look at it as if you were online is just a simple as shit thing to do : drag one file into your open FIREFOX window and there ya go, complete with all links working. Pm me if ya need more info.

This may be my last "Concen" interview with Jim if I dont see any interest. I'm tired of lying to this man and saying this place has his back. I'll take it to another board where maybe people are more down to earth and care about peoples personal lives, i dunno.

OK pizzaman - CBC, Global, CTV, David Suzuki, Alberta Environmental Network, Toronto Star, National Post, Globe and Mail - all have been sent this story by me personally. You and b love 8 can keep an eye out and see if anyone bothers to look from those outlets.

I'm of two minds in being called out - I take it a little more personally because I'm Canadian, but truly that means nothing in the long run. Jim is a human being who's sticking his neck out, trying to do the right thing, and that's all that matters. Clearly you agree because you are an American working to help a Canadian, but really I think you're trying to help someone out who's getting royally f'ed over by standing up to the corrupt system, regardless of nationality.

Getting back to being called out - on one hand I'm glad you did it because I never did send the story out to those news organizations like I had planned, so you post got me off my ass and I did it. On the other hand, Jim's situation became your project, and really anything you get out of it should be it's own reward. I understand your frustration in the lack of interest around these parts, but why should that matter? If you get one ConCenner to pay attention and do something then you've made a difference. If you think more people could help Jim out on some other site then why not post there too? There's no rulebook that says this has to be a ConCen exclusive.

I appreciate all the work you and blove8, and HBK have done (although what's up with you HBK?), so don't take what I've said the wrong way, but you're not the first person to be left frustrated by other's disinterest in their passion. The frustration level's always higher when you're doing things benevolently. Fuck everyone else who doesn't care - you're doing a good thing and if other's don't want to help that's their problem. Hey, if i pissed off/inspired even one person to do something, thats fine with me. That was my last rant I will ever do about this here, I promise. This will also be my second and last interview with Jim for ConCen Radio. All future interviews will be exclusively on the NASWS website.

As for the sentence about this as a ConCen exclusive, it's because it fell into our laps here. Woken Sheep started getting the emails, but he couldn't take it on for personal reasons. He had put out a request, but no one really wanted to take it on. I took it, not really knowing what to expect. Everyone wanted to help when all the work was done, but no one wanted to do the initial legwork. Now that a portion of the initial legwork is done, everyone who pm'ed me to help initially just kinda disappeared. Thats what bothered me. That's why my plan was for this to be a ConCen exclusive. And that was my beef...
