The Money Masters
I have just watched a three and half hour video on the American economy and its privatization! I must say that this is one of the best documentaries that I have watched for sometime on this subject and its contents where a real eye opener! I live in the UK and would say that situation here is just the same, if not worse!
It seems that the capitalist systems use for the fare distribution of wealth for the many is over! There are many alternatives available including adding a new adding sets of rules to the existing system regarding the storage of wealth. Looking at money as a countries life blood it needs to be dynamically moved throughout. Perhaps rather than paying interest to those that store it, giving rewarding to those that spend it? So a tax would be placed on storing money over a certain amount and interest would be rewarded on ethical spending? As this film points out our countries are stagnating through the strangle hold of the few people that play deadly games, by holding onto and manipulating the majority of the wealth! Can anyone give me feed back on alternative money systems, or forums that discuss them? Over in the UK we use LETS or Brites, these are credits given for work carried out in exchange for other work or goods. Communities can thrive using this system as they can become self contained and antonymous. Perhaps by creatingreal money less systems it would blow the fake moneyless system out of the water? Here is the link to the video, although going by the quality of the articles that I read on this forum I guess many would have already seen this documentary? http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=...e+money+masters Infiniteplayer - taken from the book finite and infinite games! http://infiniteplaythemovie.com/finite__in...s_compared.aspx |

That's an amazing documentary, isn't it? I'm glad another person has watched it. It's hard to get Americans to watch a 3.5 hr documentary even though they would learn more than their entire K-12 schooling.
My efforts to not use their system involve the Liberty Dollar. It is a private currency made of pure silver(and gold) and silver certificates backed by silver. Some towns make their own currencies like you have going on there. Also some areas are choosing to have Liberty Dollar mint rounds specifically for them with their own images/text. Although it is an American company, silver is silver. You could get a city to request that company to mint money with your currency denominations. That is a tall request, but I choose to stay hopeful for this world. http://www.LibertyDollar.org The system is so entrenched right now, though. It is fun to fight the NWO and all, but I came to the conclusion a while ago that it doesn't matter. We must focus on creating an enlightened compassionate society of Earth Humans, rather than focus on the negative. There is a very important principle we must all learn, and that is whatever you fight you give power to. (I don't mean to take this thread off topic, so everybody please stick with the money stuff and ignore, but take note, of what I added) |

The Money Masters
yeah i've watched it, its in my top 5 wakeup vids. unfortunately the quality is poor and in this hi-def age convincing people to watch 3.5 hours of grainy VHS recording with some old guy wittering on about fractional reserve banking turns people off! the UK is the model for banking insitutions world wide, they all do this reserve banking, then buy the rights to print more by issuing bonds.
it really is the original licence to print money. we need a new version of this video, remixed for 2007. how could it be done? &Advertising has these people chasing cars and clothes they don't need. Generations have been working in jobs they hate, just so they can buy what they don't really need.& Chuck Palahniuk, Fight Club, Chapter 19 |

Quote:There are many alternatives available including adding a new adding sets of rules to the existing system regarding the storage of wealth. This video is great, however there is far more to be understood about the existing 'money' system than that video can delve into. We don't need a new set of rules to be added to the existing system as it already provides remedy. The existing rules merely need to be enforced. The problem is that people don't understand the system as it is, probably because they've been processed by the public fool, I mean 'school', system. What people may not realize is that suddenly using alternate currencies, regardless of their being backed by substance or not, WILL NOT solve their problems! They will still have issues with Big Brother re taxes. The muni-corps posing as 'governments' won't take alternate currencies nor will the corporations who provide all the goods and services. And lastly, one won't acquire full title to any property by using them alone! We've gotten into this mess via lack of knowledge of who and what we are. Our problems are merely symptoms of this and will not be solved by attempting to escape Babylon, so to speak. Commerce--and by 'commerce' I don't mean buying and selling goods & services for profit, but rather the settling and closing of commercial accounts, among other things--is how we got into this, and commerce will get us out, at least in the material sense. As the maxim states: as a thing is done, so it is undone. Quote:Looking at money as a countries life blood it needs to be dynamically moved throughout. Perhaps rather than paying interest to those that store it, giving rewarding to those that spend it?Believe it or not, this is already a requirement of how things are supposed to work. For example, did you know that the price you see on an item at a store is not what you are to be charged, but rather is interest that is to be payed to you? :confused:The retailing big-wigs are aware of this but because we don't know better we are tricked into paying for it twice. The following probably won't make sense, but this is what I've come to learn: Everything in the public is pre-paid. Big Brother doesn't ask for us to pay for anything (we can't anyway as there isn't any money) but to merely adjust the books. Did you know that FRNs are also U.S. Notes? :confused:It all depends on how they are ledgered. Like I said, we already have a remedy in place. We just need to regain the knowledge and wisdom to use what has been provided to us; to use the system for our benefit as it was and still is designed to be used. It's just that some evil-minded souls keep the knowledge to themselves so they can steal from us, but the Elite aren't doing anything we can't do. |

The Money Masters
interesting read, i too believe this is one of the most profound, or best films i've EVER seen. I saw it over a year ago and ended up buying a copy because I enjoyed it so much. Too bad most Americans can't sit through it, let alone comprehend it without getting Geeked off some crack cocaine, ritalin, high dosage energy drink, or some other sort of stimulant. Feeble minds do us little good, I often feel like the wolf in a sheep skin outfit, and when I try to show others the way all I hear is baaaaaaaah from the sheep, and a heard of movement, but no action. It's frustrating. Take the current illegal immigration wave into account, as they try to drown out our voices with more and more people of another cultural ethnicity, another language, who are generations behind us, not so much in the stone age, but definitely not on par with understanding Civic Duties that are as important to us as Water and Air. I'd also like to recommend the book Tragedy & Hope, by Professor Caroll Quigley as it discuss' much of what Bill Still talked about, on a wider context.
anyone who has seen this film, and wants to network and talk more, by all means contact me while you still can. the way our federal government works these days, it wouldn't surprise me if the internet only lasts another 10 or 15 years. "the slaves, are getting too smart" one might say. good day all. 'Mr x083'<-- Aol instant messenger<!--fontc--><!--/fontc-->[/font] |

Internet v2 is in the works, which links up quite nicely with us running out of IPV4 addresses. IPV6 allows theoretically unlimited amount of Internet aware/connected devices.

Quote:we need a new version of this video, remixed for 2007. how could it be done? I might try to get a voice to type software to transcribe the video this weekend, and then summarize it. I can try making something off of that. It will also help since Money Masters is copyrighted and if you look at their site they don't want their video going around the internet. We might need to take it off the tracker, so a copyright-free one could inform those who can't see MM and don't want to buy it. |
