That's what I'm inclined to think more and more too. At the very top of the totem pole the few master controllers are all jollily together, having a picnic and laugh at the divisiveness they and their minions have created over the ages.

I think that swastika-NATO-banner thing is kind of far fetched.. it's probably just a symbol for global alliance (pointing in four directions, just like a compass star). You can make a square look like a circle if you bend it enough..
