I like Kanaduh's wiretap laws more. I'll give an example...
ex) If I record a phone call I'm not a participant in, it's illegal. If I record a phone call I AM a participant in, it's not illegal, and NO CONSENT or notification is required. IOW, as long as the person recording is participating in the chat, they can record it legally. |
