Incredible!!!!
A 17 year old black kid (with no criminal past) has sex with 15 year old girl and gets 10 years in jail. I only mention the fact that he's black because, even though the law is on the books, it's easy to believe that it's one of those laws that hardly ever (if never) gets enforced! I'm sure there are hundreds of cases per year of people catching teens having oral sex, in the state of Georgia alone! Matter of fact, they said if he was having full vaginal sex with her (all by constent, mind you), he would of been charged with a misdemeanor! Serving on Grand Jury the last 3 months I've seen a couple of similar cases. I can't believe they were able to convince a jury to indict him for that. I wouldn't have. Neither would the jurors I served with. They're only 2 years apart. Come on?
