I was wondering if you could uncap a DSL modem UPLOAD rate ?
What sucks about torrents is the UPLOAD rate. So I was wondering if uncapping works for upload rates?:dazed:

Uncapping does work with the upload rate, but doing that is risky business, ISP will pretty much know right away you're doing that.
